1001 17th Street building earned significant rebates from Xcel Energy.

The 1001 17th Street building is a 20 story office building that was completely gutted and then renovated from a single user facility to a multi-tenant building.

Each floor contains 33,500 square feet of leasable space with a continuous 6’0” window band on all exposures. The owner/developer of the project selected the Easylite ILS as the building standard for all new tenant spaces. This provided them with LEED points for certification of the building, reduced energy consumption, tenant comfort flexibility, and ease in initial installation and in ongoing remodels.

Energy Savings

Installation of the Easylite ILS has reduced annual electric consumption in excess of 60,000 kWh and 10 KW per floor.
